Air Max 1 Sketch to Shelf - 'Black'

Legendary designer Tinker Hatfield pioneered the design for many notable Nike silhouettes, but one shoe in particular forever changed the game. The shoe that introduced visible Air to the world had to start somewhere, and 'Sketch to Shelf' takes inspiration from the shoe’s original design process. Arriving with a black upper and white detailing, this iteration dives into Tinker's design notes throughout the entire upper. The heel features Tinker Hatfield’s signature and a "SAMPLE, PROPERTY OF NIKE NOT FOR RESALE" text graphic is noted on the inner lining.
